	Τζάιμς Μπάρελ Σμίθ (1822 - 1897)

	Βρετανός 1822 - 1897. Γεννήθηκε στη νότιο Αγγλία αλλά έζησε για αρκετά χρόνια στα βόρεια της Αγγλίας. Απο το 1843 μέχρι το 1854 σπούδασε ζωγραφική. Είχε σαν δάσκαλο του τον Thomas Miles Richardson. (1784 - 1848) Δούλεψε κυρίως με υδατογραφίες. H θεματολογία του επικεντρώνεται στα τοπία.

	British 1822 - 1897. James Burrell Smith was a landscape artist who worked in watercolour. Smith was born in the south of England but lived in the north, in Alnwick, Northumberland, from 1843 to 1854 and studied with the Newcastle master Thomas Miles Richardson, Sr. (1784 - 1848).
